The focuses will be on expanding operations in these aspects: Ethereum mainnet , resizing elements, and enhancing user experience.

This indicates their intention to invest significant resources into enhancing mainnet and Layer 2 (L2) interoperability and coordination, as well as user experience (UX) and developer experience (DevEx). They also aim to highlight various applications and Layer 2 solutions during Devcon.
