A long-time advocate of the Film Festival, Eddy hails from Shreveport, Louisiana, but he has resided in San Diego for the last 43 years. She presided over the 113th annual charity ball for Rady Children’s Hospital and received recognition as the United Way Volunteer of the Year due to her efforts with the Epilepsy Foundation.
